Thought it was a general dentistry but turns out they just do braces. They didn’t charge me for my visit even though they took X-rays so that was great. If you have Guardian, make sure the place you select says “General Dentistry”.
Awesome staff from the front to the back. I always enjoy each and every office visit. Would highly recommend this office.
Incredible treatment! I’ve been a patient here since October 2022 and Dr. Bussey is amazing. He worked with me and allowed me to make decisions regarding the best treatment options. Over the course of 15 months, my teeth are now completely straightened! I’m extremely satisfied with the results. I’ve moved to wearing my retainer only at nights and I couldn’t be more stoked! Emilee was the assistant I saw today, and she was awesome. If you’re thinking about having orthodontic work done, I completely recommend this office! Thanks Dr. Bussey!!!

The first consul with Yuritza is incredibly professional. She made us feel comfortable during visits. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and has positive energy! Quite frankly I am surprised at any of the bad reviews written about this office. My son has Invisalign and seeing the results was absolutely incredible! Few more months to finished treatment. That I started treatment for myself too and for past year we haven’t had any issues with the staff or scheduling. I highly recommend (Invisalign for busy moms and afterschool sports).
So happy with this location and beyond grateful for their willingness to fit us in when we faced scheduling snafus of a different location.

I love the results. My experience at Dr. Couch office is wonderful. Throughout my braces journey, I have received the best care from front staffs to the back office people. They are efficient, friendly and caring. Dr. Couch is very experienced. Highly recommend.
I took my grandson to Family Orthopedics in Austell, Georgia, and I must say that I absolutely loved their level of professionalism as well as the knowledge given for his treatment. The price given was very reasonable Plus, they offer the option to make monthly payments. I am very happy with that. I would definitely recommend Family orthodontics to my family and friends and rate them a 10 out of 10.
Very patient and understanding: I was running super late because of my work but they were so understanding that they got my son in for his appointment. Late by 13-15 minutes.

Alishia Goss is amazing. She is the treatment coordinator for me and my son and she has been patient, thorough and kind everytime! She always makes me feel like we are in good hands. Dr. Richard is also very friendly and great at making sure he addresses all my concerns.
